For the past 30 years, Michelle has worked as a Customer Service Advocate serving as a liaison between organizational leaders and the populations they serve in delivering excellent customer service.

Michelle was able to leverage her strong skills and knowledge of Customer Service to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, increase operational efficiency in the transaction process from start to finish. While closing each deal and building great rapport with each client.
